Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time! In case of the criteria below we offer a new product.

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Also most of the carrier errors (lost in transit when a correct full address is provided or damaged in transit)

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. We can not return or refund orders regarding size exchange. This because we print your design on demand. 

What if someone wants to return a product because he/she changed his mind?

We do not refund or return orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

The return process

If it’s anything from the things that we would cover at our expense, you can send us a e-mail and include a photo of the problem described. We’ll then offer either a reshipment or a refund if appropriate. If it’s a problem with the garment, we generally don’t ask your customers to return the misprinted/damaged item to us, photo is sufficient enough

How long will it take to receive the new product?

All reshipments are prioritized. And even though the same estimated fulfillment time as the original transit is calculated, it mostly gets fulfilled quicker due to the reshipment being prioritized. The shipping time however will depend on the shipping method chosen.

How long do you have to send your product retour?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Who will pay for the package to return?

If your product is damaged or lost (see criteria above) we will take account of the expense
